Can we say fabulous? I am a touch obsessed with Halloween this year - I'm pretty sure I have class that night but it's fine. I just picked up a bunch of black tissue paper from the dollar store this afternoon and kicked off the weekend with crafty hour....by making black puff's like the one's shown above....now I'm going to pick up some orange tissue paper and also incorporate some newsprint to the pom pom puff's as well for an extra festive strand! Obsessing over pom pom puff's right now
